Noel Smith — Associate Professor of Voice

Whether you are a beginner, a Broadway performer, a singer-songwriter, or preparing for college auditions or shows such as The Voice, Noel's Voice Studio is a place to learn, grow, and thrive.

We provide expert vocal training, college audition preparation, and individualized mentorship designed to help artists become healthy, confident, and competitive performers. Broadway and touring professionals receive personalized technical coaching and industry support tailored to the demands of professional performance.

All studio teachers are trained in Noel's methodology and receive ongoing mentorship and guidance. Through a highly individualized approach, Noel helps each student develop strong vocal technique while selecting repertoire that supports their unique voice, artistry, and long-term goals.

Philosophy

The Studio Philosophy

Every voice carries its own architecture — a unique blend of physicality, resonance, and artistic instinct. Our approach is rooted in building from the foundation up: breath, support, placement, freedom, and authentic expression.

Rather than imposing a single technique, Noel adapts her methodology to each individual instrument, drawing from decades of experience training performers across Broadway, recording studios, and leading conservatories.

The result is a voice that is not only technically strong, but deeply personal, healthy, and artistically compelling.
